Zero Point Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 garlic clove, minced
- 1 small English cucumber, diced (the long, skinny ones)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. fresh dill
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender blend together: 1 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 garlic clove, minced, 1 small English cucumber, diced (the long, skinny ones), 1 tsp. salt, and 1 tsp. fresh dill. Blend for 30-45 seconds or until all ingredients are blended together.
